RED BLUE PLAID CHECK SHIRT - INDIE EMO SCENE 80s RETRO

This auction is for a super-cool long-sleeved shirt in lush red, dark blue and white plaid/check pattern, brand new without tags and never worn - essential wear for cool scenester boys or girls!  This awesome shirt would be perfect for the autumn days ahead, completing your outfit for all occasions from school/college to clubbing and parties!

In high quality cotton, this shirt has long sleeves with stylish long cuffs, and fastens at the front with six small black buttons.  It has two button-down western style front pockets, and a lovely sharp collar.  It also has a button on each arm and inside strap (concealed when the arms are worn long) so the arms can be rolled up and fastened for a cool above-elbow sleeve look; very funky and versatile, and beautifully styled to look great on either a girl or a guy!

This shirt has no size marked, and will best fit up to a 38" chest/bust - from looking up 'standard' UK size measurements, this equals a UK ladies' size 14-16 (36-38" bust) or a mens Small or smaller Medium (36-38" chest); it would look great worn more loosely on a more slender guy or girl, too. 

Please, please check the item measurements against your own clothes to get a good idea of the perfect size and fit for you, however (and please do feel free to ask any questions about sizing!); I do my very best to try to accurately describe and represent all items, but sizing can always be confusing as different brands come in different sizes.

As you'd expect from this fabric, there is very little stretch in it, and the bust/chest measurement laid flat is 40" (20" armpit to armpit), and it measures 37" at the waist.  The sleeves measure 21" from armpit to hem, and can be rolled up and secured to approximately 6" long from armpit to rolled up 'hem'.  The shirt measures 26" from shoulder to bottom hem, with a collar size (laid out flat and measured from edge to edge) of approximately 17.5".

This shirt comes straight from my own wardrobe - I bought it a while ago and haven't worn it, because it's unfortunately too big for me.  It is brand new without tags and never worn and has been kept neat, clean and plastic-wrapped in storage.  It is looking for a good home where it will be appreciated, and it's a real bargain for you; the picture really doesn't do justice to this great item!
