Please ensure that we receive payment within five days of the close of the auction. We accept payments by PayPal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order. Personal Cheques need to be cleared before the item will be despatched this normally takes 7 working days from receipt. Postal Orders will only be accepted if they are sent by Special Delivery as we will not be held responsible for any payment that is lost in the post. If you choose to send a payment by Personal Cheque or Special Delivery please contact us by email for details. Also please enclose a copy of the auction invoice or auction page. If this is not possible please provide the item description and the auction number. Also enclose full details of the Name and Address that the item is to be sent to.

Normally we will post to the UK only. Wherever possible packages are sent by Royal Mail, where this is not possible an alternative Courier will be used. If you live outside the UK, or if you require special postage, or packaging arrangements please contact us before bidding and we will try to accommodate you. We always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office or Courier involved. WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CANNOT ARRANGE FOR ITEMS TO BE COLLECTED because of the logistics involved, also we need to have a record/proof of despatch in case of any investigations carried out by eBay or PayPal.
RETURNS POLICY
All goods should be inspected upon receipt and any damage to the packaging or goods reported to the courier immediately. If a signature is required for receipt, we strongly recommend that you acquire a signed acknowledgement of any concerns you may have regarding the condition of the package from the delivery companies representative before you sign to accept the parcel. As your item is insured, any damage caused in transit is covered and a claim can be made against the Post Office/Courier. We require that you notify us of any damage caused in transit, or of any legitimate faults with your item within two working days of receipt in order that the issue can be addressed. Normally where a refund is agreed this will be excluding all postage and packaging costs.
