YASMIN       Reborn date: 30/04/08  Weight: 6lbs Height: 20 inches Baby Yasmin has been reborn from the lovely secrist squeaky kit, she is very realistic and a little darling, before i started reborning her i gave her a warm johnsons bubbly bath and left to dry naturally, she has been applied with many layers of genesis heat set paints that dont fade or rub off, over many hours i created a realistic skintone by applying several  layers of paint heat setting each coat before appling the next, once i was happy with her skintone i added her viening and blushing all over her in all the right areas, all my reborns are one of a kind and do not all look alike, her little hand and toenails have been given a just manicured look and sealed, i have not opened her nose but shaded it to give the appearence of depth, her lips have been tinted and glossed for a slight wet look, all the paint is heat set so it wont rub off, once i was happy with her skintone and detailing i rooted her eyelashes with premium black mohair, i decided not to root her hair and leave her without as not all babies are born with hair and it makes her a bit different as the majority on ebay do have hair, this is my 4th baby with no hair, she is a gorgeous sleeping baby with her mouth slightly open giving an impression that shes gently breathing, she has 3/4 limbs and a soft disc jointed doe suede body so is fully posable and can wear little tops and bottoms, her limbs have been evenly weighted using glass granuels and virgin poly fibre, her head has also been weighted using a pouch of glass granuels and virgin poly fil and needs supporting just like a newborn, i have weighted her body with a pouch of steel shot,some poly pellets and topped with baby fat to give that squigy cuddly feel, she is a realistic 6 lbs and feels so real in your arms im trully delighted with her and i hope she finds a new mummy that will be just as happy with her, i enjoy my time creating these little sweethearts and each one i do has their own characteristics Yasmin looks so content fast asleep when you hold her that you cant help but smile at her. she will come with the new outfit in the photos, her white tunic top and pink 3/4 trouser set and her white socks, she is also wearing a nappy.
