If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 1 days of receipt. Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 2 working days of the date of despatch. Items must be unopened and in original packaging for return.
Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us unopened and in original packagaing and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. |
