In any instance that the buyer wishes to return an item purchased from myself the following return policy applies. It is intended as a guide and may not cover all scenarios. I would recommend any buyer to contact me via Ebay to resolve any problems before taking further action, this is the simplest and most effective way to resolve most common issues.

Buyers can be assured that all efforts will be made to ensure items are accurately described and checked before being listed on my Ebay account. In the event of an item being incorrectly described or not fit for its intended purpose upon receipt it may be returned for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt. In these instances I will also refund for any reasonable postage costs to return the item. The item must be returned to me carefully packed and in its original condition.

In the instance that a buyer decides that the item in question is no longer wanted, I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. In this instance, the postage return cost is to be paid by the buyer and a refund will be made for the original purchase price of the item only.
