The top layer is nylon net and the bottom layer nylon so as not to scratch your legs, Each tier is joined to the next with RASPBERY RED (DEEP FUSHIA PINK) satin ribbon and the hem on each layer is edged with DEEP FUSHIA PINK ( satin ribbon. The petticoat is made by ...'MALCO MODES '.The tag says 'RN70755'..MADE IN USA ....578 ..S.. The underside of the tag gives the care instruction. The size is  SMALL   The is length is 21" and the waist is 19" unstretched stretching to 46". this petticoat will fit up to a size10-12 (UKSIZING)
