GORGEOUS! BACCARAT Crystal JEWEL Salt Cellars w/ Spoons in Original Box!
This auction is for ONE SET, there are 2 salt cellars and 2 spoons. This piece is retired.
Baccarat Crystal Salt Cellars w/ Spoons in Original Box. Expertly crafted to glowing perfection in the sparkling clarity of hand-blown Baccarat crystal . Each cellar is Etched on the bottom with the Baccarat Hallmark. Made in France. I have inspected each piece carefully under a magnifying glass and they appear to be unused. There are no cracks, chips, scratches or repairs. Because of their intricate detail and age, just in case there is a slight speck I missed with my magnifying glass, I will say they are VERY NEAR MINT, if not MINT. The spoons also appear to be unused and are an ivory color. I am told the spoons are ivory, but I can not confirm this since the set is vintage and is no longer available from Baccarat.
NOTE: As is common, the spoons may have a few light variations in color although to my eye they don't appear to show any.
NOTE: The box is in very good condition for its age and shows very little wear. Wear is mostly on the bottom.
Each Salt Cellar is 1 7/8" diameter (at the top) (1 1/2" opening) and narrows to the bottom. 1" high. Each spoon is 2 3/8" long (Measurements are approximate)
