RARE WADE - UNDERGLAZED AIREDALE TERRIER 1939 DOG MINT on eBay (end time 29-Dec-09 22:14:03 GMT)

Here is a very rare vintage BROWN AND BLACK AIREDALE TERRIER - UNDERGLAZED DOG made in 1939 by George Wade & Son, Ltd., now known as Wade England. This auction is only for the Brown and Black dog on the left. The other piece is being sold separately. This piece is fully marked "Wade Made in England AIREDALE" on the bottom in the appropriate handwritten ink. It is approximately 7 inches high and 8 inches long. It is in MINT condition, with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. This piece was photographed by Ian Warner and Mike Posgay and featured on Page 43 in their 2004 book, WOrld Of Wade: Figurines and Miniatures. I am selling other ultra rare George Wade birds and animals, so please view my other items!
