We have a 'No Quibble' returns policy whereby any item may be returned, at the buyers expense, within 14 days of receipt (in as-desptched condition) for full refund of bid price. If there has been accidental but significant error in description then postage either way will also be refunded. Should the item have been deliberately damaged or modified with reference to our image store, then the right to a refund will have been foefeited.
Damage/discrepancies should be notified on receipt and decision to return advised within 7 days. |
