 RARE & UNUSUAL PARALLEL RULE RETAILED by FRANCIS DAY C1870

This is a rare and unusual parallel rule with a middle section.

It measures 6 x 1-3/8 inches when closed.

The retailer is Francis Day, 37 Poultry London.

Some slight warping has taken place, and there are quite a few spot stains...apart from that it is good, with no cracks, splits or chips.

Age is circa 1870
