You are bidding on a rare retro mirror style picture promoting Sanitas Embrocation.

My dad used to have this in his office so it's at least 20 years old that I'm aware of, if not older! 

The picture itself is in good condition with some minor rust type dots - probably nothing a good clean couldn't fix!  The frame has some damage on it from being stored in recent years in our loft but altogether this is a great item - really unusual!
