Shipping is done from Mon to Fri every week using our reliable and insured postal service royal mail.

Every item MUST be signed for and if your not available to do so royal mail will leave a calling card, with instructions on how to collect your item. (May only apply to Mainland UK only).

Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 business hours.

When your item is dispatched we will notify you via email on the day of dispatch.

Next day delivery is to Mainland UK only and to overseas it will take 4-7 working days.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

If you do not receive your item within 2 days from the confirmed shipping date (4-7 days for overseas),please notify us via email stating your customer name, item name and EBAY item number.

Once we have this information on your behalf we will track down the item and provide you with an update on delivery.
