RARE SARREGUEMINES MAJOLICA FACE JUG
ADMIRAL

This wonderful character jug was made by Sarreguemines of France.
It dates from the early 20th century.

This jug is called "Admiral" and is also known as "Suspicious Eyes".
It is quite a rare example.

The jug stands 7 inches tall.
It has the usual sky blue interior.

It has Sarreguemines impressed marks on the base,
including the model number 3320.

This piece is in excellent condition.
There is light natural crazing to the glaze.
There is no damage or restoration.
