ANCIENT ROMAN AMPHORA CIRCA 100 A.D.
You are bidding on a very attractive Roman Amphora dating to 100 A.D. Truely a fabulous and rare artifact.

Attractive ovoid form and small pointy base tapers into long narrow neck.  Double reinforced pouring rims.  Intact, untouched.  These vessels were used as containers for olive oil, fish sauce.


Composition: Terracotta

Height: 9 inches, 24 cm.

Circumference: 13 inches, 35cm.

Provenance : Private collection.

The stand is included.  THE SHIPPING IS FREE IN US.
