Insurance costs apply to the UK ONLY. If taken out will insure your parcel against Loss or Damage up to a total of £30.00. Packages can only be declared lost after 14 days post dispatch. Proof of dispatch will be kept, but this does not mean parcel tracking will be included, if this is required it MUST be requested before payment.

Returns Policy: Any agreed returns (subject to situation and sellers discrepancy) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, SO PLEASE DON'T DISCARD. Items damaged in transit will be refunded if insurance as been taken out with us (up to £30.00). We endeavour to pack items as securely as possible, in good quality boxes, with bubble wrapping and good quality protective filler, wherever applicable. We do NOT refund any RETURN postage costs to or from ourselves. Items with a value over £30.00 will be sent with Royal mail insurance (Note - see Royal mail insurance policy to see if your goods are covered), please note they DO NOT insure on antiques or ceramics, china etc! By bidding you agree to these terms as CANNOT be changed after sale!
