You are bidding on this Rare Cased Queen Elizabeth II Hallmarked Sterling Silver Crested Salver by Asprey's

The Salver is 9" in width (10 1/4" corner to corner) with a height of 5/8"

The Salver has a substantial weight of 25.6 oz or 727 gms

The Salver has an excellent design almost square and curved to the rim with the centre of the salver bearing a raised Royal Crest with the raised years 1947 above and 1972 below with raised and crowned initials for Queen Elizabeth II and The Duke of Edinburgh to either side with the crest and raised dates and initials having a gilt finish as you would expect from Asprey's (see photo's)

The Case is 10 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1 1/4" beautifully fitted inside to hold the plate with a padded silk lining to the lid marked for Asprey's with the outside finished in dark blue with a gold border and 2 brass catches to the front with the case having a weight of 36.2 oz or 1,026 gms

The Salver comes with its Limited Edition certificate with this one No 53 of 500 to commemorate the 25th Wedding Anniversary of H.M The Queen and H.R.H The Prince Philip

Both the Salver and Case are in Nr Mint Condition (see photo's)

with the rear of the salver having the limited edition number 53
