LIBYAN POSTKARTE

Shows map of Libyan coastline on one side with photo of Tripoli, narrative in German about Libya (Lybien) on the reverse . The route taken by an RAF Aircraftsmen has been shown on the map.

There is also a handwritten message from the Aircraftsmen Bomb Loader to his wife in England saying, " German Map of the Coast. This is my route since Jerry was pushed from"El Alamein" .

The card must have been sent in an envelope as there is no address or postage marks.
