This specimen has some traces of stain,
NO chips, cracks or other damage whatsoever,
DUG MINT condition.
This shape is pretty rare, for what is otherwise
a common bottle, that normally contained a granular
stomach preparation (note the "wide mouth")
The normal ones are this same shape,
only about twice as deep more closely resembling a square.
This is a thinner take on the much more common style,
and only about the third one I've dug like this,
out of 500 (at least) of the normal specimens.

Circa 1890's, standing 4 and 1/4 inches, mold-blown by hand,
with a hand-tooled top and lip in the single, square-band style.
There's an embossed picture on the front,
which consists of a mortar and pestle,
framed by a pair of olive branches.
This was a common logo for this druggist,
though it doesn't appear on many of the different types
of bottles that exist around here,
bearing his name.

The neck has a few long vertical stretch-marks,
including a couple which run right down into the reverse panel.
All four edges are beveled.
The neck is simply ribbed (for her pleasure ;-D)
with tightly packed, vivid circular hand-tooling lines.
The base has some cool up and down thickness wave.
Lip has noticeable lateral thickness wave,
neck has an excellent wavy line of tooling demarcation.

It's embossed in three lines around the mortar, pestle and olive branches;
