A very rare Frankie 'Sea Cruise' Ford single from 1960 on Ace label (592). Chinatown is a swing version of the classic track. What's Goin' Down is my personal favourite a see Frankie in his natural New Orleans' style.
The vinyl is VG+ (see grading below) and it comes in a white cardboard sleeve

VG+ Full gloss, a few light marks that don't affect play.
VG Record appears clean but may have light surface noise. Good cleaning may help.
Still a nice record. No skips.
VG- Lots of marks and scratches but no gauges or major problems.
Surface noise present, but music is louder. Still no skips. Not a beautiful record,
but still playable, not junk.
G Heavy wear and marks, plays through ok. No Skips and no warp
COVER:
M- A flawless or virtually flawless cover/Still Sealed or with shrink wrap
VG+ Very Minor surface wear. Seams are all intact- suitable for framing
VG Some surface wear or blemishes, possibly some seam wear or small splits. For the age still clean
