 ANTIQUE BELLOWS

I estimate that this fine work of art is from the early 1800's.  It could be from the Middle East.  This antique is 16 inches long.   This antique is made of carved bone and has colored stones or colored bone imbedded within the bellows. I will guarantee a full money refund if there is any problem discovered with authenticity or the period of the 1800's.  Comments from experts are welcomed.
