This is a completely genuine 18th century naval grappling hook used for boarding attacks as well as a useful item for lifting items. The surface is very dark and smooth from genuine age also showing delamination to surface. With three hooks and a iron loop at top for tying rope to. Measuring 6.5cm high and 11cm wide.
