RANGEROVER 4.0 SE LPG GREEN 1999 T reg

For sale is my Range Rover 4.0 SE petrol and LPG.

I am selling it because I have recently purchased a discovery 3.

I have pretty much a full service history  including an engine replacement at 75,000 miles, It has recently had a water pump, radiator, suspension pump, exhaust centre section, air con rad, drag link and track rod ends. I replaced the front brake pads a month ago and the rear discs were replaced last year.

The Gas conversion cost £1800 and has been regularly serviced as well as the multipoint injectors being upgraded less than 8 months ago to the latest spec type. The Gas tank is the 95 litre one positioned in the boot itself, you could have the doughnut one fitted as well/instead in the spare wheel well, it can do 230 miles on a tank full. 

It does an average of 16 miles per gallon on gas, which roughly speaking at todays petrol prices, is 32mpg, it does around 19-20mpg when on petrol so you can see the saving you make over petrol.

The wheels are the later 18 inch Hurrican P38 type as well as the 2001 light conversion and tinted windows.

The interior is cream with brown carpets and doors and is in very good overall condition, just a couple of minor bits as you would expect from a 10 year old car, the aircon works really well with no known leaks, the heater matrix 'O' ring was replaced 2 years ago so should be good for quite some time yet. The bulb behind the climate control panel needs replacing.

I had the towbar fitted for towing our caravan so until we owned it it didn't tow a thing. Rare i know!

The paintwork on the car is very good overall, there is no rust anywhere but there is a couple of minor scratched (not deep) on the sides, there are three places where the panels have small dents, i have tried to show these in the photos, the nearside rear wheel arch has been hit by a car door in a car park and left a dent, the rear upper tailgate has a small dent on the left of the word Range Rover and the worst one is on the drivers door, I am not sure what happened but a dent appeared at the grey plastic trim level, i have been told it would probably pop out but have not been too bothered by it. I would rather tell prospective buyers about these things.

It is MOT'd until 8th March 2010 and has tax until end March 2010 too. It is currently the same tax level as a normal car (unless the government change it before it sells) It is also Insurance group 12.

I will be keeping the stereo and CD changer but will replace the radio with a CD player instead. There is a blue tooth kit fitted, which will be left in.
