Genuine Ramsey AL2 Loft ladder, used but in excellent condition complete with all parts, however there are no screws etc for fitting.

These are measurements quoted from their web site.

There are no instructions with the ladder, you can however find instructions or pictures on how they fit. It is entirely down to you to fit the ladder correctly and check it is in safe and good working order.

These ladders are one of the highest quality loft ladders you can get retail for around £275.
