I pride myself on my packaging and parcels will be packed to high standards. All my items are described honestly & accurately. No refunds as I won’t sell anything with imperfections (unless clearly and accurately telling you the problem). However, we are all humans and as such see things differently - what I would view as excellent/good/perfect condition might not be your opinion, but please note I do have very high standards and I’m a very fussy mere!! And will only sell something in the state I would like to buy them in. I‘ll always obtain proof of postage to prove that I have actually sent off your parcel/goods, so in the rare event of Royal Mail losing your parcel this is out of my control and I am no way to blame or to be held responsible for this, if you bid this is the case. Though I will help you as much as possible by forwarding on the proof of postage receipt so you can claim a refund from Royal Mail direct. Sorry but as a seller I shouldn’t lose out. Also I only post out parcels second class twice a week on a Monday & Thursday no matter of the payment type. Please also note that due to work commitments there can be some days where I don't visit my PC.
