Any items sent uninsured may be paid compensation at the discretion of the Royal Mail. Please Note that postal insurance is offered on ALL parcels sent by us. All UNINSURED goods sent by us are sent with `Proof of Posting` which is a dated Post Office receipt to confirm despatch. We cannot be held responsible for any uninsured parcels lost or damaged in transit either way |
