Payment Terms

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. If you would like to pay by Credit Card please email us at holtomsuk@btinternet.com
Payment must be made within 5 days of winning an item.
If you are paying by postal order, please make it payable to Holtoms Uk Ltd and note your item number.
Please do not bid on an item unless you fully intend to pay. ebays Unpaid Item Policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

Delivery Terms

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to deliver within 10 working days, larger items please allow up to 21 days. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm.
We offer some Saturday deliveries and will endeavour to deliver where possible when Saturday delivery has been requested.

Terms/Conditions

We guarantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Returns Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised within 48 hours of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Items to be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Items MUST be returned in the original packaging within 14 days.
If items are not in the original packaging we can only offer a partial refund.
Delivery Charges are non refundable.
Vacuum Packed Mattresses:
Vacuum packed , rolled mattresses can not be accepted for return once opened from their packaging. Please ensure you are confident that the mattress you have received is correct before opening, as refunds can not be made if the mattress is opened.

Carriage Damage:
Should your goods arrive to you to with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign for the delivery using the couriers "ITEMS UNCHECKED" option. If you accept the delivery without the latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.

Missing Parts:
If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible by email to holtomsuk@btinternet.com so that we can organise suitable replacements.
