General:
Please make sure that you read all of the terms and conditions before bidding or buying via 'buy it now'. All bids will be considered as a binding legal contract. For non-UK bidders, please note that the only acceptable payment method is paypal. The P&P that you will be charged as outlined in the above table is inclusive of all admin charges - you will not be charged any additional fees by us. To benefit from the reduced P&P and admin charges for multiple purchases, all purchases must be made by the same ebay ID and all must be sent to the same address using the same payment method. We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced in our listings, however please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction.
Non Paying Bidders:
All bids will be considered and treated as a binding legal contract. Payment should reach us within 7 days of the end of the auction. Failure to pay will result in a non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback being left. All non-payment cases will be passed to our debt recovery division for follow up action. This could result in your suspension from ebay so please make sure you are happy with everything before you make your bid.
Returns Policy:
Dash of Lime is happy to provide a 14 day no quibble returns policy.
If any item does not meet with your complete satisfaction we will replace it or issue you with a refund. All we ask is that the item be returned to us in pristine condition within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items past 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Should your item develop a fault within the first 14 days following dispatch we will happily provide a replacement.
Should a fault develop after the first 14 days following dispatch of the goods then no return will be accepted or refund issued by Dash of Lime. For watches, all faults which develop after 14 days following dispatch must be addressed directly with the manufacturer as outlined in the watch guarantee.
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will happily provide a replacement. Failure to notify us within this time period will invalidate the return request.
In all cases, prior to returning your item, you must email the dash of lime returns department to obtain a returns authorisation code. A replacement or refund will not be issued without an authorisation code.
In all cases the original item must be returned complete with it's original packaging and with all the original documentation. We will provide a replacement or refund of returned items after we receive the original goods.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or incorrect Dash of Lime will reimburse the cost of return postage. In all other cases the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. We will only action replacement or refunds after we receive the original goods. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Refund Policy:
All purchases made by paypal will be refunded via paypal and issued within 5 days of receipt of returned items. All other refunds will be issued by cheque within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
