Shipping

Most orders are processed on day of purchase. Where possible we always try and dispatch post office deliveries same day, not always possible though. DHL/UPS etc are usually dispatched the day after order as our cut off time for booking carriers is now 11am. Again, if we can we will dispatch on the same day of order.

Always ask for a quote BEFORE ordering to avoid confusion.

We send items either by 1st class recorded delivery or 48 hour courier service. Where the postage cost is above £8.00 this usually means it is sent by courier.

Upon the event of a lost item the customer will be given the tracking number in order for the customer to claim any compensation directly from the Royal Mail. The total ammount you can claim from post office is £36.00 This includes your item and postage. If it has been sent by courier, we will claim the money and refund you directly. Any courier claims will cover your item and postage fees.

We do make a small charge for packing expenses. The cost of the stamp on the envelope may be less than what you have been charged, this is to cover packing !!!

If you wish to save on postage you are welcome to collect your item. Please arrange a day and time before setting off to collect.

All items are professionally wrapped and packed to avoid damage in transit.

If the item is returned to us by the post office or courier because you have not collected or arranged to have item redelivered you will have to pay us again for sending item. Both our senders allow reasonable time to arrange redeliveries so make sure you take the opportunity. All items require a signature upon delivery.

Warranty

All used parts are delivered with a "start up" warranty. It is the buyers responsibility before purchasing the part to check it is the correct part. We are more than happy to give advice and answer any questions to establish if the item is the correct part for your car.If a supplied part is returned because it is wrong, (wrongly ordered by customer),  we will refund the item less original post charge once we receive it back. If you have asked us if the part will fit prior to ordering and we state it will fit, you are then entitiled to a full refund including the original cost of delivery, upon receipt of the incorrect part. The cost of returning the part is the customers responsibility in all circumstances.
Any faulty part will be either exchanged or refunded once we receive the faulty item, which must be returned by the customer at the customers own expense. The refund will be for the item only, no postage cost will be refunded. No labour will be paid for fitting the replacement or removing the faulty part. Most used parts will show some sign of previous use.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
