Payment

We accept Paypal only & crossed postal orders (by arrangement only)

Immediate payment is required.

Delivery

All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. With the exception of weekends and Bank holidays.  You will receive an automated email to confirm that you order has been dispatched.

Replacements will be given for faulty items.  Any problems must be reported to us no later than 14 days after our date of dispatch.  Once a faulty item has been returned tried & tested, we will then issue a refund for the return postage cost (2nd class only).

In the unfortunate event that your order goes missing within the postal/courier system, we are unable to investigate until 14 days have elapsed from our date of dispatch or 25 days if you do not live in the United Kingdom.  We ask that customers be patient and give your order time to arrive before reporting it missing. Especially the holiday & postal strike periods.

Proof of postage is always obtained.

Where free postage is offered; This applies to UK customers only.  Overseas postal charges will apply.

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of our dispatch date.  No returns will be accepted out of this time period or if you have not contacted me beforehand.  Any item returned must be in a condition it was sent so that it may be resold with all manufacturers packaging and seals intact.  We do not reimburse any postage & packing costs when a buyer decides that the item is no longer required.

FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

·       We DO NOT post books outside the United Kingdom.

·       All of our DVDS are brand new and are genuine Region 2 DVDS. We do not sell copies or imported versions.

·       Change of address – Should you require your order to go to another address, please use the message option when making your payment, not the contact seller option as this cannot be guaranteed.

·       Pre-order items will be dispatched within 24-72hrs of release date. Although rare, in the unlikely event of the release date changing, you will be notified immediately & offered a full refund.

·       On rare occasions artwork/colour may differ. This is due to changes by publishers.

·       Some dvds/cd’s are not sealed although this is very rare.

·       Missing item(s)? Firstly we will investigate. If your item has gone astray we will replace it asap (Check above guide lines).  We will refund if your item is no longer in available.

·       We dispatch most of our orders & some orders will be completed from other suppliers, the invoices will be different from TopNotch-Ebuys.

·       Feedback is normally left daily as it is automated.
