Payment
I ask you to make payment within 7 days of winning the item, if you do not make payment or fail to contact me with in this period I will assume you do not want the item, I will then re-list the item. I am happy to accept either PayPal or postal orders. Under special circumstances I will accept a personnel cheque from a UK bank account but this will delay delivery as I will only post item once the cheque has been banked and the funds cleared. With postal orders and cheques to help speed things alone please always include your EBay user ID, a note on the items won and of course and most importantly where to post item.
Postage, Packaging and Handling
As a rule all items will be posted within two working days and in most cases next working day. All parcels will be appropriately packed so as to arrive in perfect condition. All items are sent by first class post and I always get a certificate of proof of postage. Sadly once I have posted any items I can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. I am happy to post items by recorded delivery at actual cost. This covers packages up to the value of £30.00. If you wish any thing different such as special delivery please contact me and I am more than happy to quote and organise this. I do not charge extortionate post and packaging costs. All items posted are individually priced based on the actual cost of the packaging, the postage and a small amount to cover handling costs. So what I charge is directly related to what it costs. So there for, small easy to pack and post items will cost far less than large bulky items. When ever possible I will offer discounts for multiple wins.
Postage discount
If you intend to buy more than one item from me (within my 3 day postage discount period) and take advantage of my postal discounts, please do not pay until you have finished all your shopping.
Refunds
I hope when you receive your item you will be delighted with it, but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with it please get in touch with me and I will do all I can to rectify any issues you may have. If returned unopened and in perfect condition I will arrange a refund for the cost of the item, but I will not refund the cost of any postage. If any item is faulty or damaged a replacement will be sent on receipt of the damaged item and I will obviously refund all postage costs. If you are returning goods for any reason please ask for a certificate/proof of postage.

Once you have received your win please leave me feed back that’s my way of knowing you have received your item and I will then leave you feed back.
