Delivery: I usually post early on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. I aim to send out items within 2 working days of payment being received. UK only, no international deliveries. No collection unless listed as a specific option in the P&P section.
Returns: I do not accept returns for items unless they are faulty. Please let me know first by emailing me. From then we will decide upon a course of action.
For items where returns are accepted, (please refer to individual item to see if this applies) such items must be returned in safe and suitable packaging and in the same condition as despatched. Shrink-wrapped items must still have shrink-wrapping in tact. Cellophane sealed items must still be sealed.
