All items bought for UK destinations are sent by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Parcel Force or by Interlink. Please allow 2 working days for us to turn around an order. Once sent you should receive the item within 3 working days by normal Recorded Delivery, or the next working day if sent byCourier.

 If buying overseas we will send items by signed for surface mail, unless you purchase a piece of pewter where this will be sent by courier and will again have to be signed for. Overseas buyers need to supply a phone number so that the delivery company can contact you if need be to arrange delivery.

Both Royal Mail and our courier companies will leave a card if there is no one in. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery and any costs to use will be invoiced to you.
