If you are not happy with any of your purchases I can only accept a full refund LESS the cost of Postage and Packaging upon receipt and inspection of the returned item which must be still in its original packaging.

My postage and packaging charges are clearly stated and advertised for each product that I sell. P&P cover the costs that are involved ie. Preparation, Processing, Packing and Postage. All these factors are taken into account when I set my charges.  If you are not happy with the P&P costs which are clearly advertised up front then please do not bid on my site.

Please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear before your goods will be dispatched. If you are paying by paypal I will turn your order around within three days (most items will be same or next day dispatch), unless it is over the weekend which may take a little longer due to no post on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

If insurance is taken I will claim for lost item. If you do not take insurance you will need claim for lost item and proof of postage will be provided on request.

Please note that an item is not classed as missing until 15 working days have elapsed.
