Cheques and crossed postal orders must clear prior to goods being sent out, no exceptions.

Purchases paid by paypal will be sent to the address given by paypal.

Purchases paid by cheque and postal order will be sent to the address given by ebay.

Payment must be received within seven days, if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please post promptly to ensure it reaches me within the seven day period.

Items which are not paid for will be reported and the unpaid item process begun.

The item will be relisted or offered as a second chance purchase to the next highest bidder.

Non-paying bidders will also be blocked from bidding on all of my future auctions.

Please complete checkout, this helps me to know which payment method you will be using.

The buyer pays for post and packing costs, which is also known as shipping and handling.

This includes an amount for actual postage plus a contribution towards packaging materials and handling fees (as allowed by ebay).

If you wish your purchase sent by a different shipping service to the one quoted,

for example, you would prefer special delivery instead of second class,

please contact me for an updated shipping and handling cost.

Proof of Posting is always obtained.

I cannot be responsible for damage or loss of an item by the postal services,

but should this unfortunately happen, I will make the necessary claim on your behalf

and once I have been re-imbursed by them I will make the refund to you.

Please be aware that any claim made to the postal services must have your co-operation to be successful.

Combined shipping for multiple purchases is possible for purchases paid for at the same time on one invoice which can be shipped together.

Please let me know you are waiting on other auctions to finish, and then wait until you receive a combined item invoice before paying.

Purchases paid for separately will be treated as separate sales.

Purchases will be posted within 3 to 4 days of payment clearing.

If you need you purchase shipped quicker please ask, I will accommodate whenever possible.

I am not a trader who makes daily trips to the post office,

I  am a single mum with a young son with disabilities,

and can only guarantee posting days of Tuesday and Friday.

Terms/Conditions are not made with the intention of putting you off bidding,

but to help avoid any confusion, misunderstandings or disappointments.

Zero/Low/Negative feedback bidders

If you have a feedback rating of less than 10 please contact me before bidding or buying an item.

Those who do not contact me before bidding may have their bid cancelled,

and will be blocked from bidding on future auctions.

If you purchase an item using the Buy-It-Now option, you may have your payment returned to you.

Refunds/Returns/Feedback

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I have tried to describe this item as fully as possible and given measurements (where appropriate),

and also photographs which can be enlarged by clicking on them to provide you with detail and clarity.

If you have any questions at all please contact me before bidding

so that you can decide if this item is the right one for you. 

It is not my policy to give refunds, except as outlined above. 

I am not a trader and selling on ebay is not a business, I only sell items which either myself or family have owned and which are no longer required, or items which are from my own personal Kipling collection.

I do not have a stock of items in alternative colours or sizes.

I value my feedback rating as I am sure you do, and I will leave feedback after feedback has been left for me and I know you have received your purchase and are happy with it. 

However, if you do have a problem with your purchase or its delivery and care with the postal services,  please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback as I cannot help if I have not been informed of a problem. 

Problems reported after leaving neutral or negative feedback will not be acknowledged, as by leaving feedback it is seen that the transaction has been fully completed. 

Other Information/My Aims

I will email you to let you know I have received your payment if you have posted it to me.

I will let you know when I bank your payment and when it has cleared to my account.

I will inform you when I have posted you item, and give tracking information, where appropriate.

I do not arrange for purchases outside of ebay auctions.

I do not charge extra for Paypal payments, (it is against eBay policy to do so).

I will not close an auction with bids to arrange a buy-it-now offer.

I will only consider buy-it-now offers when an item has no bids on it, and you give me a price to think about.

NON-UK Bidders

Please do not ask for shipping costs if the area you live in is not included in the locations I will ship to.

Other

Please do not copy any of my pictures or any portion of auction text. 

Anyone found copying any picture or any part of text will be reported to eBay, as it is against eBay policy.

It is a shame when terms and conditions have to be set out this way,

as it takes some of the fun out of bargain hunting, and selling.

It is always the few who don’t play by the rules who spoil things for everyone else.

To the many genuine and lovely buyers and bidders I deal with I apologise but these terms and conditions are intended as safeguards for everyone.

A transaction is a contract, and as with all forms of contract, it is good to know where you stand.
