THIS AUCTION CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING ITEM:

1.  QUANTUM QFT3d-R* FLASH UNIT, s/n QE4955.  This is the QUANTUM factory upgrade of the Qflash T2 Flash Unit to some of the current T5d-R features, "dedicated" to the latest digital and film camera systems through its own QTTL® through-the-lens dedicated exposure control.  Parabolic reflectors produce softer, cleaner light.  And they quickly interchange for bare bulb, wide angle, diffused, and telephoto reflectors.  In addition to full dedication, this Qflash operates in Manual, Auto, TTL, and Strobo modes. In automatic mode, Qflash power adjusts in 1/3 steps over wide ranges-- from f/1.4 to f/22 for ISO 100 film- in 25 precision settings. To give older Qflash 2 models some of the features of the newest Qflash 5d-R, Quantum makes available the Qflash 3d-R series upgrades. QF3d-R's have never been sold as new, and it provides these new features of the Qflash system:

·  Full digital and film camera dedication using QTTL "D" adapters (all series).

·  Wired/wireless multiple TTL-ratio for remote Qflashes -- using FreeXwire.

·  Wireless Auto-fill for remote Qflashes -- using FreeXwire.

·  Sensor Limit for Auto and Auto-Fill modes.

·  Auto and Auto-Fill over/under exposure indication.

·  Twice as many program modes – 8.

·  Quick turnoff of Flash.

Note:  A Quantum Turbo powerpack is required for this flash head.  Other powerpacks such as a SPEEDBOX (www.dcbusa.com) may be used.

Note:  TTL adapters must be used to employ the TTL or QTTL feature.  Two new QTTL adapter modules are now available: D22w-R for Nikon --- D23w-R for Canon.
