Deliveries are normally made within 4 working days of completed payment. Our delivery charge is only £9.99 regardless of the size of the carpet, (many sellers charge around £20 for delivery of bigger pieces). This rate only applies to mainland UK deliveries, for Highlands and offshore islands please contact us. Deliveries are made via our selected courier companies on Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost, please contact us if you would like details. For larger pieces (over 3.5m in length) we will contact you after purchase to arrange a convenient delivery date, we will also require a contact phone number to pass to the delivery driver. A signature will be required in order for the delivery to take place. If you are ordering one of our larger items, you may need to ensure that an able bodied person is available to assist the delivery driver. Upon delivery please ensure that you inspect the flooring carefully for any signs of damage before signing for it as this will make any claim necessary with the courier far easier. If you find that the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery and we will arrange a replacement to be sent immediately.
