When measuring make sure that you take into consideration any obstructions such as pipework or skirting boards and also pay careful attention to access especially height with larger items.

Internal fitting, please check your current filing situation, weather you have foolscap, A4 or lateral filing and bear in mind Azcom can supply files in boxes of 150.

Delivery Information

 Delivery charges are to most UK mainland postcodes with the exceptions of  Scotland, Scottish Highlands, and postcodes beginning with LA, CA, NE, LL, SA, SY, LD, TR and PL. Please contact us for a price for these postcodes.

Furniture is delivered via a national pallet network, so please be aware that your delivery is to the door only. Our standard service is 48 hour delivery from dispatch but many orders are delivered next day. All orders received and paid for before 12 noon will be dispatched that day, after 12 noon goods will be dispatched the following day, weekdays only.

For larger orders a dedicated vehicle can be dispatched and  a full installation service can be provided (price on application).  Additional services include: timed delivery, Saturday, next day and same day services which are all available upon request. 
We deliver to the address which is automatically generated from your eBay record. If this is incorrect you must contact us BEFORE you pay.  You will be responsible for redelivery costs if the item is returned because you have supplied incorrect details at that stage.
 






Payment Information

All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. at 15% and a full invoice can be issued on request, this will be sent out via Royal Mail separate from your order. We prefer PayPal but accept e-cheques, bank transfer, personal / company cheques or postal orders. Please be aware no goods will be shipped until we have received cleared funds paid in full.

Payments can also be made over the phone or in person at our showroom via credit card / debit card. If a card payment is received over the phone your copy of the sales receipt will be attached to a full V.A.T. invoice and sent to you automatically via Royal Mail first class service. If payment is made by e-cheque please remember that these take AGES to clear and dispatch will be considerably delayed. I will always notify you of expected clearance and dispatch date.

                  




Keys

From time to time we have to order keys to be cut, if this is the case then the keys will be sent directly to your address via Royal Mail.

We redistribute reconditioned office furniture & equipment back to the public & private sectors through our showrooms at discounted prices and offer concessions or donations of furniture and equipment to local charities, schools and community groups. We also sell office equipment to trade customers straight from site or through our extensive network of dealers and warehouse facilities. Anything that cannot be redistributed is recycled.

Notification of claims for adjustment on short or otherwise unsatisfactory goods due to fault of Azcom must be made to Azcom within five days of delivery date otherwise goods will be deemed to have been accepted by buyer. In such situations, Azcom shall have the right to examine the applicable goods and delivery records at the Buyers location.
b) Defective goods will be accepted for replacement or credit only with prior authorization from Azcom. Goods returned are not to exceed quantity authorized. Credit will be issued only after goods are inspected and approved and will be based on Buyer's cost for the goods in question, less any costs such as handling, transport and repackaging as deemed by Azcom.
c) PROOF OF DELIVERY REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING within 90 days of order. Azcom will not supply signature proof of delivery details after this time, and are not accountable for any losses or damages reported outside of our specified time requirements.
