Please contact us for a price for these postcodes. Furniture is delivered via a national pallet network, so please be aware that your delivery is to the door only. Our standard service is 48 hour delivery from dispatch but many orders are delivered next day. All orders received and paid for before 12 noon will be dispatched that day, after 12 noon goods will be dispatched the following day, weekdays only. For larger orders a dedicated vehicle can be dispatched and a full installation service can be provided (price on application). Additional services include: timed delivery, Saturday, next day and same day services which are all available upon request. We deliver to the address which is automatically generated from your eBay record. If this is incorrect you must contact us BEFORE you pay. You will be responsible for redelivery costs if the item is returned because you have supplied incorrect details at that stage. Payment Information All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. at 15% and a full invoice can be issued on request, this will be sent out via Royal Mail separate from your order. We prefer PayPal but accept e-cheques, bank transfer, personal / company cheques or postal orders. Please be aware no goods will be shipped until we have received cleared funds paid in full. Payments can also be made over the phone or in person at our showroom via credit card / debit card. If a card payment is received over the phone your copy of the sales receipt will be attached to a full V.A.T. invoice and sent to you automatically via Royal Mail first class service. If payment is made by e-cheque please remember that these take AGES to clear and dispatch will be considerably delayed. I will always notify you of expected clearance and dispatch date. Keys From time to time we have to order keys to be cut, if this is the case then the keys will be sent directly to your address via Royal Mail.
