QUALITY ANTIQUE ENGLISH SILVER GOLD ENAMEL SOCCER MEDAL A lovely quality antique/vintage English, solid sterling silver soccer football fob medal, decorated with hand engraved designs, gold lapped embellishment and a shield-shaped cartouche, beautifully finely hand painted with vitreous enamels to depict a green shirt-wearing footballer.

CONDITION: All original and very, very good. Slight wear, no loss or damage, enamel perfect, at most could do with a clean.
DEFECTS: None.
DATE/MARKS: English hallmark for Chester 1930. Maker's marks JS? (rubbed).
DIMENSIONS: 37 x 27 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or 3/4 of an inch diameter.
WEIGHT: Approx. 11.5 grams.
