Upon Delivery :

 

The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.

 

All items are shipped to the address you have provided via the checkout.

 

On larger goods such as baths, bathroom suites etc the courier driver may require someone to help, and may be palletised.

A - We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, some items take 2-3 days, whereas others may take 4-5 days.

 

Q - Can I combine more than one item under the same carriage charge?

A - Yes. If you are planning on buying more than one item from us and want to combine them all under one carriage charge then please do not pay for the first item straight away. Wait until you have won all the items you require then pay for them all at the same time under the same payment. This will mean you only pay one carriage charge. If you pay for each item individually then you will pay carriage for each item. BUT PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS UNPAID FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS, OTHERWISE THIS MAY RESULT IN UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE BEING OPENED AGAINST YOU.

When goods are deemed to be faulty and the manufacturer cannot resolve them, we will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge, please contact info@designerbathroomsuk.com to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested, only after this point will the product value will be refunded. You will also be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection, if the product turns out not to be faulty. Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying Designerbathrooms For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage AFTER 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within the 24 hour period. For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.
