All our products sold on ebay have at least a 12 months manufactures warranty with some items having 2, 5 or more years manufacturers warranty. Manufacturers warranties covers you for any defects or failures in the product/s intended operation & under normal operating conditions as described by each product/s instruction manual and does not cover for any accidental damage/s or external damage/s such as scratches or dints. Please note that all installed electrical products must be installed by qualified electricians for both safety and warranty issues.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty. If a collection is required a charge may be made.
If you do receive a damaged or missing item from your order you must contact us as soon as possible so we may trace and replace item/s where necessary. Where item/s are found to be damaged or missing from your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange collection/delivery and/or replacement of the damaged or missing item/s. If you wish to return any item after this time you may do so only after prior arrangement and with an appropriate RMA number.

Item/s that are found to be faulty after 28 Days you must contact the manufacturer or warranty repair center of the product which should be listed inside the user manual or documentation that came with the item. We can also supply these telephone numbers if required and possibly assist in arranging any technical support needed.

Items that are returned to us without authorization will be refused. Items being returned simply for incorrect colouring or items that are being returned as no longer wanted, may be returned with authorization as long as the items are complete and in the same re sellable condition as they where sent out and at the customers expense. Items that are returned incomplete or in a none sellable state or damaged will incur costs for the replacement items and/or a 20% restocking fee or the refund maybe refused at the companies discretion and the full charge of the items will be applied.
