By winning this item you agree to the postage and packing costs as stated above also to the standard terms and conditions of sale as stated below. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages or claims. All items if returned must be complete with original packaging and receipt, shortages or damages must be reported within 24 Hrs of delivery and signed for as damaged.

We have no responsibility to check the compatibility between existing equipment and that of new equipment supplied. And it is up to the customer to check the items are fully compatible before purchase. All equipment is not sold on sale or return basis.

Cancellations and returns under DSR must be made within 7days via letter to our below listed address.  Items must be unopened and as originally sold.  Any failure to comply with this will result in the item being returned to the customer at their own cost or disposed of after 3 months.  Other cancellations are also subject to a restocking and administration fee that would be charged at 30% of the original purchase price. No refund will be made for carriage or transport charges occurred.

Returns and warranty items need to be returned via an insured and traceable means to us or the manufacturer within the first year of purchase no refunds will be made for transport costs. Please allow up to 45 days for your item to be tested, repaired or replaced. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Shipping And Handling All our orders are sent via our own service we also use DHL & Parcel Force. 

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away as soon as we have verified the order and cleared funds and the item is available from warehouse we would then normally ship your order to you within 10 Working Days .

Remittance Terms We only accept cleared funds as payment. Due to the increase in fraud our payment procedure has changed we now only ship to your home address. Also you may be required to provide further proof of address such as a utility bill, driving license or bank statement by fax to us on 0871 2180231.
