 Delivery
Our aim is to ship your order as fast as possible, well packed and on the best service available. We will not over inflate this charge as we value your custom and want to see you back again once your pleased with your purchase. We use Royal mail for most orders but also offer courier services on request (these services will be used automatically for orders which reach a certain value or size / weight)
Delivery Costs
Standard UK Delivery = FREE
UK Mainland courier = £5.00
UK non mainland and NI courier = £15.00
Overseas = email for quote
We aim to ship any order placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Heavier orders placed by customers outside of UK mainland maybe subject to further postage costs but we will contact you before doing anything. Alternatively please fee free to drop us an email for a quote.
Audio Visual Online was launched in 2003 by a home cinema enthusiast to provide cabling solutions at great prices whilst maintaining superb customer service support to like minded individuals. Since then we have come a long way and today offer much, much more than simple cables. Sure, we are still THE place to come for unbeatable cable deals but now also offer speakers from the likes of KEF, Tannoy and Q Acoustics and AV equipment from top names such as Onkyo, NAD, Roksan. We also specialise in high quality home theater furniture and have display stock of BDI, Salamander and Spectral for you to view. Our 7000 sq foot warehouse in the Rossendale valley (20mins north of Manchester) includes a showroom and demo facility in which by appointment we are happy to demonstrate the latest cinema audio products.

Our returns policy is fair. If the item is sellable as new we are happy to take it back and issue a no quibbles refund. If the item has been used and no fault can be found on return then we reserve the right to return it to you with any applicable costs for shipping being passed on. Please note that products which have been custom made or cut to specific requirements are NON returnable, please measure all cable requirements accurately before placing your order
