Shipping Policy

- Unless otherwise stated items will be shipped/posted using Royal Mail
- If the item is bought and paid before 2pm on a working day it will be shipped on the same day. If you pay for your item after 2pm you item will be shipped the next working day.
- Shipping is also done on a saturday however this is usually for sales done on friday afternoon/night. Sales that are done on a saturday will usually be done on monday.
- If for some reason your package is lost in the mail we will need to put in a claim with the royal mail. Unfortunately these claims can not be put in till 3 weeks have passed. We can not be held responsible for any delays due to the royal mail or the claims process.
