This pole has never been used, i have had it since May this year(09),the reason for selling is due to living in an old house with low ceilings.

Still in the original packaging but it has been opened,comes complete with full easy to follow instructions,DVD that shows you how to use the pole which consists of  step-by-step workouts. This gives you enough moves and routines to put together your own 15-60 minute workout, to make you sweat and burn the pounds off and get the body you have always wanted, this is a geat way to get fit in a fun way.

Really easy to assemble,assembles in minutes with extenable poles.

Will fit ceilings 7'5"-8'5"

Pole is 50MM ceramic.
