Refunds and Returns. Full refunds, including postage, are given if the item is faulty or the the wrong item or size is received. Exchanges are given if the customer would like a different size. However, the customer must cover postage costs for the new item to be sent. Items for exchange must be returned in original, unworn and re-saleable condition. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed within 14 days of the customer receiving the original item. Items should be shipped back as soon as you notify us of your returning the item, Recorded Delivery is essential, as I cannot accept liability for items being lost. Please include a note which states your name, address, eBay I.D and the reason for return.
