To improve your buying experience we would like to take this opportunity to state the most common misunderstandings we encounter:
- Sizes
Sometimes our items do not conform to European sizing standards, it is important to check all of the measurements in the description rather than buying purely by size. To test an item is suitable first carefully read our measurement notes, then compare the given measurements to an item that fits well.
- International Airmail shipping time
We ship orders as quickly as humanly possible, normally within hours of confirming payment, but once we have passed your order to the post office the delivery time is outside of our control. International Airmail normally delivers within 2-3 weeks but can take longer. We consider a parcel overdue after 1 month, if your order has not arrived by this time we will find a solution with you such as a replacement or a refund. If you require effective tracking or a faster shipping time please consider the courier alternatives we offer.
- Customs and import duties
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying, these charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Fabric: Saloo summer cotton
A very thin cotton fabric perfect for hot climates, as it is so thin it is normally see through unless multi-layered.
From our experience this material can shrink and the colours may run, especially on the first few washes. To reduce shrinkage and colour loss follow the suggested care instructions below.

Measurements
- 1 inch (1") = 2.54cm.
- The given sizes are approximations only, exact measurements may vary.
- The items label may not match the advertised size, Asian labeling can be non-standard and we will often market an item according to European standards.
- To compare sizes take a similar item of your own that fits well and lay it flat, smooth it out and make sure it is buttoned or zipped if applicable. Use a tape measure to measure straight across, making sure the tape measure is tight.
- You may need to leave extra room for bulky items or for movement.
- We generally use the bust measurement to assess a shirts advertised size, but please check all measurements as Asian clothing sometimes does not conform to European norms.
- BAck height is from the highest point on the shoulder (not including collar if applicable) to the bottom hem.
- SLeeve length is from the top edge of the shoulder (normally at the seam) to the end of the arm.
- Yoke is from the top edge of each shoulder (normally at the seam) across the top of the shoulders and back of the neck. The Yoke is not straight across the shirt, it rises up at the back of the neck, passing the prominent neck bone.
- A common way of measuring sleeve length is from the prominent neck bone, across the shoulder and down to the end of the arm. This can be calculated from our measurements by adding half the Yoke to the SLeeve length.
- EMpire waist is the measurement directly below the wearers bust.
- Suitable for a range of sizing, we will give the range we judge this shirt can be worn by for Bust, EMpire waist and Waist measurements.
- Bust, EMpire waist,Waist, Hip, Shoulder, and Arm measurements are obtained by measuring once across and then doubling this measurement.

Suggested care
- Hand wash separately in cold or luke warm water. Do not wash in hot water.
- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY OR MACHINE WASH.
- Do not dry in sunshine, hang dry in shade.
- Do not use Bleach or Chlorine.
- Do not soak for long periods.
- Medium Iron setting.
- Hint: To reduce any colour running or shrinkage in cotton and rayon garments soak separately over night in one tablespoon of salt and/or brown vinegar dissolved in hot water and then added to a basin of luke warm water.
- Some shrinkage is normal for cotton and rayon garments, please allow for this.

We do our best to catalog product accurately but in the event you receive an item that does not accurately match the description please give us the benefit of the doubt, it was not an intentional oversight and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

Standard shipping method: International Airmail
- Average shipping time to most locations is 2-3 weeks, but can be shorter or longer depending on airmail and customs delays.
- International Airmail does not have an effective tracking service.
- We ship as soon as possible after confirming payment, normally within hours (allowing for public holidays and weekends).
- International Airmail has no guaranteed delivery time, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by any specific date.
- If you require an order quickly you may wish to look at the courier methods offered below.
- Shipments to Italy, France, Malta, and small or Island Nations normally take longer than larger countries, we consider parcels to these locations overdue after 6 weeks.
- In the rare event of a postal loss we fully cover you if you follow these steps:
1) Clearly state your correct shipping details.
2) Do not leave your delivery address unattended or move away from the address before the order is overdue.
3) Stay in contact with your post office every week to check if they have your parcel. Often overdue parcels have been held at the post office and will be returned if unclaimed.
4) Contact us between 14 and 25 days after shipment if the parcel has not yet arrived.
5) One month after shipping we will consider the parcel overdue, if you have followed the above steps and the parcel has not arrived we will find a solution with you such as a replacement or a refund.
* If you were unable to follow each step above and the parcel has not arrived after one month we will still take care of you, please talk with us and we will find a fair solution with you.

Alternative shipping method #1: EMS Postal Courier
- Average shipping time to most locations is 5-9 working days.
- Offers tracking and limited insurance cover, however these services are not as efficient as UPS Courier, for example online tracking of EMS parcels is lacking in Thailand and in some destination countries tracking may be limited or not available.
- We have found EMS Courier to be an effective service, however all international parcels may be subject to customs delays so we cannot guarantee delivery by a set date.
- Normally delivered by the local postal service or the courier system attached to your countries postal service.
- As you combine wins together the total shipping will increase, but does become more cost effective as the order size grows. You may contact us with a list of the items you plan on ordering for a shipping quotation.
- EMS Courier does not deliver to some locations.

- As with all international shipping services UPS shipments may be subject to customs delays so we are unable to guarantee delivery by a set date, your local UPS agent may be able to offer a guaranteed delivery time to your location, the parcel will be shipped from Chiang Mai, Thailand 50000.
- Because we are located rurally allow up to 3 working days for your shipment to arrive and be processed by our local UPS agent. EMS Courier is normally processed within 1 working day, however UPS shipping is often a little faster and we quote both services as having the same average shipping time.
- As you combine wins together the total shipping will increase, but does become more cost effective as the order size grows. You may contact us with a list of the items you plan on ordering for a shipping quotation.
- UPS limits some products, for example Buddha images and any type of health powder or balm cannot be shipped by UPS.

Policies
- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution. Returns are accepted for products in their original condition however shipping costs might not be refundable so this is often not the most cost effective solution.
- Unless otherwise stated orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation (normally within hours), in the event there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted with an explanation and have the option to wait for your order or have your payment refunded.
- We reserve the right to restrict delivery to the registered Credit Card address for Credit Card payments, or a Paypal confirmed shipping address for Paypal payments. We do not ship to Indonesia or Malaysia for orders paid by Credit Card or Paypal.
- When a buyer pays for an order using Paypal we will use the shipping address supplied by Paypal if it differs to the address given by eBay.
- We have had experience where writing a buyers phone number on a parcel has helped ensure safe delivery, so where possible we will add this. If you do not want us to write your phone number on your parcel please make a note of this when making payment.
- Buyers with an Italian, French, or island nation delivery address may be required to pay for a more expensive courier shipping option.
- Import duties or customs charges, although rare, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please email us any questions prior to bidding if you are not clear on any of our policies.
* We will always reply to you within 1-2 days, if you do not receive
an email from us within this time our email to you may have gone astray. Please
contact us again saying you did not receive a response. This includes invoices,
payment and shipment confirmations, and replies to all questions or comments.
