This Item has been used once, by me in my driveway.  I havent even taken the sticky stuff off on the windscreen aerial. It is about a year old I think, bought from John Lewis.

It works by picking up digital radio on its own windscreen aerial and re-transmitting it in FM so that you can tune your car radio (or any FM radio) into it.  On the box it also says it includes support for iPods and other MP3 players.
