Payment rules: Payment via paypal please if this item is being posted. If you wish to collect in person then I can only accept cash on collection this is due to a few problems in the past with people paying with paypal collecting in person then claiming they never got their item! As it was collected I couldn't prove delivery which paypal requires. So cash only if you wish to collect the book in person

 AUCTION TERMS AND PAYMENT POLICY:

Please read the following terms carefully before bidding

All my items are sold as seen. Please note that colours may vary slightly in photographs and sizes may require confirming to ensure they are suitable for you. Sizing given is what is stated on the actual label of item. I try to be as accurate and comprehensive as possible when giving measurements, but if you need more information, please email me before the auction closes and I'll be happy to help.

Should you require additional photos of the item then please supply your email address. When selling clothing I am careful to describe the condition of each item I put up.

It is never my intention to mislead so please be understanding and notify me as soon as possible should there be a problem and I will try and rectify it. If you have a problem with the transaction then send me a message through eBay to allow me to help you sort something out!

 Refund policy I will give a refund if I've failed to describe an item's condition accurately and you point out what is wrong and if it wasn't described in the text of the auction or the condition not shown in the actual photo of the item then I will consider your case for a refund. No refunds if the item doesn't fit.  

Clothes However, I am sorry but I don't give refunds for misfits or if you decide you don't like the colour or item!

If a refund is agreed for an item, postage will not be refunded and the refund will be on return of the item via a recorded method only (the refund will always comprise cost minus postage). Refunds will not be given for items which arrived creased due to being in transit. When they leave me they are either new or have been ironed - you have to expect they will get crushed while in the post and this is no reason to ask for a refund.  All other items I don't give refunds for if you decide you don't like the item, have bided on it by mistake and thought you had to pay then have now changed your mind. 

DVD's, CD's, pS2, VHS, PC disc/tapes are sold as new unless otherwise stated. Refunds will not be given on these items due to the ease of copying them these days. Refunds will be given minus p&p should you return the disc/tape back to me and the same fault appears when I test it. Please contact me straight away if you have a problem with the item delivered before leaving feedback and give me a chance to sort out the problem.

Ticket sales - deadlines of when you will get your tickets are clearly shown or advised within the auction terms. Refunds can't be given if you change your mind about these deadlines after you have won the auction I’m afraid. Unless stated that tickets are in hand or a photo of the actual tickets then this tells you that the auction is a pre-sale, tickets are to be posted when printed this is hoped to be within 30 days of the listing ending but ultimately it’s when they are printed from the promoter.

Ticket  Refunds: Please note should an event be cancelled - NOT A CHANGE OF DATE we will give a refund of 100% of the purchase price not postage once the tickets have been returned to us via special delivery ONLY within 7 days of the news breaking less any fees incurred. Refunds will not be given for any other reason.

Transit

I will fully help you with your claim with Royal Mail or any other postage company should your item be lost, damaged or stolen.

 Insurance

All my items are sent via SIGNED FOR method due to people claiming they haven’t got their item – even had one guy claim he never got his tickets despite signing for them via special delivery!!

This is also required as proof I’ve sent the item.

All my items are insured. However should damage, loss or the item is stolen in transit it will be the postage company who is liable – I will however help you fully by starting your claim for you, keeping you up to date and give you the compensation which is awarded by the postage company – ultimately what they award is final. As my items are always properly insured for the amount being sent I would imagine a full refund.

Please bear in mind that Royal Mail or any other postage company will need time to conduct a full enquiry you will have to wait for their refund award This will mean waiting on confirmation from Royal Mail that the item is damaged or lost or await the outcome of their enquiry if it's unclear what has happened to the parcel. 

Payment  

Please pay within 3 days of end of auction.  Payment via paypal is preferred

 However if I've not heard from you within 3 days I will send a reminder. Over 7 days I will file a non-paying alert   

Shipping / handling

  My p&p costs are kept at a reasonable price and they do include all packaging costs, any seller fees, amounts to cover actual insurance need for the item and actual postage costs. The charge includes proper packaging (bag, box, tissue, bubble wrap, tape etc) Please bear this is mind when bidding; it is not the cost of the stamp alone. Items are posted by royal mail unless otherwise specified. Sometimes recycled packaging may be used.

On some heavy items especially international postings the amount charged on postage is estimated - should the postage turn out to be much cheaper than expected at the post office a partial refund will be made via paypal.
