The Proform 5.2 is part of The Proform 2008 range and offers the Competition Training Centre. With the training centre you can compete against a variety of virtual competitors and feel the thrill of victory while being motivated into great shape. The Proform 5.2 comes with a 2.25chp motor allowing speeds of up to 12mph, in combination with a 12% digital incline, to give you a more gruelling test. The Proform 5.2 comes with 30 programmes in total, 20 speed and incline combined programmes, 4 customisable learn programmes, 3 competition training workouts and 3 courses. The Proform 5.2 comes with a EKG grip hand pulse sensor on the Hand Rails, which is displayed on the LCD console along with speed, time, distance, calories, incline and course. The 5.2 has ProTech 5 adjustable position cushioning system to you can reduce impact on your joints and muscles making it more comfortable and easy to train longer. The Proform 5.2 also folds away when not in use, and comes with drop shock with lock to help unfold the deck without causing injury.
