The Proform 470HR is an elliptical designed for the home at great value for money. With 10 levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance SMR combined with 10 quick select professionally designed smart programmes providing a balance of resistance and time, 2 self-programmed heart rate and 1 watts program to maximise calories burnt. The Bluetinted LCD display tracks your tracks speed, time, distance, resistance, watt, calories and pulse from the EKG handgrip pulse heart rate monitor and a free chest strap monitor for a more accurate reading.

The total body workout levers have been ergonomically design to maximise the calories burnt and tone muscles of the upper and lower part of the body and improve coordination, combined with the customised oversized non slip pedals to help maintain a correct workout position. The integrated transport wheels enable the machine to be moved easily and quickly for repositioning and storage. IFIT compatible means interactive CDs, videos or the internet can control your machine based on individual needs and preferences.
